The Use of English

English is undoubtedly the most widely spoken language today, and this comes as no surprise.

 

This language is spoken in many countries, both those where it is the official language (such as the USA, the UK, Australia, among others) and those where it is not the official language but is often spoken (such as in parts of Africa, the Caribbean, and Oceania). That is why schools include English as one of their subjects. If someone wants to study abroad, they have to learn English in order to avoid difficulties with other people. People who want to travel to a country also need to have some knowledge of that language.
